Strength retained: positive 7-day and 14-day returns, outperforming BTC over both periods, and no more than 10% below the highest traded price of the last 7 days (including intraday highs). Eligible coins are sorted by their average multi-day rank, then by the smaller distance from that high. For example, a price of 96 against a 7-day high of 100 is 4% below the high.
